Podolski denies exit rumours

Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski has made it clear he has "no intentions" of leaving the club after finishing his first season in the Premier League.

Podolski has hit 16 goals in all competitions for the club, generating speculation he could finish his North London career before it really began. But the German international has refuted rumours he would be exiting the Emirates this summer, telling Spox.com he was happy with his life at Arsenal.

"I feel very comfortable and I am completely satisfied with my first year in England," Podolski said. "I have no intention to leave the club.

"Rumours are rumours and I cannot stop them."
