Ballance warned over nightclub antics

Gary Ballance has been warned about his conduct by England coach Peter Moores after the batsman was photographed shirtless in a Nottingham nightclub on Sunday.
Ballance was photographed in the Pandora's Box nightclub on Sunday, without a shirt and clutching a beer following the conclusion of England's first Test draw with India at Trent Bridge.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have since said Ballance, who was reportedly out with some of his England team-mates, has been reminded of his responsibilities by Moores but had not broken team curfew or rules relating to alcohol.
However, the governing body will not pursue any formal action against the 24 year old and he will remain in the squad for the second Test at Lord's, which begins on Thursday.
Moores said: "I am aware that some of the England players were caught on camera relaxing after the conclusion of the recent Trent Bridge Test match.
"As the players had been released at the end of the first Test and were not due to meet up to begin preparations for the second Test until Monday evening, and there were no suggestions of impropriety, there is no need for any disciplinary action. I will however be reminding all players of their responsibilities to uphold the best possible image for England cricket."
