Armstrong's team under investigation for illegal jerseys

Lance Armstrong's RadioShack team is under investigation after its riders wore illegal jerseys on the final stage of the Tour de France on Sunday.
The 20th stage of the Tour, a 102.5-kilometre ride from Longjumeau to Paris, was delayed by 20 minutes after members of the RadioShack team were forced to change their tops.
The International Cycling Union (UCI) is opening disciplinary proceedings after riders sported '28' on the back of their black jerseys, worn in support of the 28 million cancer sufferers - a theme of Armstrong's Livestrong foundation.
The UCI said it '"regrets that an initiative for a cause as worthy as the fight against cancer was not co-ordinated beforehand with the Commissaires and organisers."
Seven-time Tour de France winner Armstrong, who finished 40 minutes behind overall winner Alberto Contador, announced on Sunday that he is to retire from the sport for a second time.
