A superbly constructed 171-run partnership for the fourth wicket between Graeme Smith and Gary Kirsten completely swung the match South Africa’s way, as they beat New Zealand by six wickets to level the three-Test series 1-1. Smith was unbeaten on 125, while Kirsten scored 76 in his last Test innings
