Sale Sharks have announced that Mark Cueto and Tom Brady have signed new deals with the club.

Cueto - the club's longest serving player and made his debut in 2001 - has signed a one year deal. "I am delighted to sign a new deal," he said. "I am really enjoying my rugby at the club and am looking forward to adding to my try tally. [We have] assembled a great squad of players and I want to play my part to help the club do well."

"Mark can play centre, wing or full back and is enjoying a new lease of life with the club," Sharks' director of rugby Steve Diamond said. "He continues to score tries and is a player the younger lads look up to and go to for advice."

Brady, who made his debut in 2010-11, said of his new two-year deal: "It's a great environment to be in so I'm delighted that I have been able to commit to the club."
