Chris Robshaw's good luck message to the England side

Prince Harry has thrown his weight behind the England team ahead of the Women's World Cup.

England kick off their campaign on August 1 against Samoa before then taking on Spain and Canada in Marcoussis. The royal vote of confidence was echoed by Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday and followed in the footsteps of England skipper Chris Robshaw who also offered his best wishes to Gary Street's side.

"It is incredible to know that Prince Harry will be backing us as we head into the Rugby World Cup," England skipper Katy McLean said. "It's given all the girls in the squad a massive lift and we hope it will encourage lots more people to take an interest in women's rugby and follow our progress in Paris."
