England open tour with test win over Canada

Josh Lewsey scored two tries while Kyran Bracken and Dorian West each added one each in a 22-10 England victory over Canada on Saturday in the opening match of their North American
tour.

England, captained by Bracken of Saracens, seized a 5-3 half-time edge and scored the next 17 points before the hosts answered.

Sean Fauth produced the lone try for Canada,Bob Ross adding the conversion and also kicking a penalty.

The powerful English side has two other test matches scheduled, a rematch
with the Canadians next Saturday in suburban Vancouver and a matchup with the United States on June 16 in suburban San Francisco.
