Saint-Andre approaches Teague

Mike Teague has revealed Gloucester chief Philippe Saint-Andre wants him to make his Kingsholm return as an adviser.

The former British Lions, England and Gloucester loose forward confirmed Saint-Andre had approached him regarding his return to the club in a management role.

He said: "Ever since Philippe has been in charge he has made me aware there has been a position for me and he said the door was always open.

"At various times we have talked about it. But we have not chatted things through about what he expects from me."

Saint-Andre added: "I spoke with Mike and said I thought it would be good if he comes back to the club. But at the moment he is very, very busy."
