Heartbreak for British trio at Worlds

Frankie Gavin remains Britain's only World Amateur Champion after all three British finalists in Baku were forced to settle for silver.
Super-heavyweight Anthony Joshua came close to matching Gavin's historic feat, winning his first round 9-6 against Azerbaijan's Magomedrasul Medzhidov, but was eventually edged out 22-21 after taking a standing eight count in the second.
Bantamweight Luke Campbell was made to pay for a sluggish start as Lazaro Alvarez of Cuba cruised to an impressive 14-10 triumph. "Next time I need to go out there and have a faster start," he said to BBC Sport.
"Silver is fantastic but I wasn't settling for that, I wanted the gold. Next time I'll come back better - nobody will ever do that to me twice, I'll make sure they won't."
Andrew Selby, fighting at flyweight, was beaten 13-12 by Russia's Misha Aloyan - despite finishing strongly with a barnstorming final round. He must now box-off against Khalid Yafai for the sole Team GB place at London 2012; Joshua and Campbell have already booked their spots at the Games.
"I thought I'd done just enough to win," he said. "I lost the first but thought I'd brought it back in the second. In the last I thought I'd won by a good two or three points but I ended up losing by a point. I wanted gold so much to go to the Olympics but I've got to have a box-off now - I'll have to stay in shape because I don't know when it is."
