Kuyt not planning to make way for returning Suarez

Dirk Kuyt has warned Luis Suarez not to expect to walk back into Liverpool's starting line-up when he returns from suspension.
Suarez has served an eight-match ban after being found guilty of racially abusing Manchester United defender Patrice Evra, which came directly on the back of a one-match suspension for a gesture at Fulham. In his absence, the Reds have reached the Carling Cup final and the fifth round of the FA Cup.
Suarez's absence has paved the way for Kuyt, who having failed to score for Liverpool since September, has now scored twice in his last two matches, including a late winner against Manchester United in Saturday's FA Cup clash.
But with Suarez available for selection, Kuyt has warned the Uruguayan he will not be giving up his place in the team without a fight, and is confident of extending his goalscoring form.
"It's been difficult, I'm a player who has been used to playing every game," Kuyt said in The Mirror. "But I've been playing more and more now since the start of the year.
"If I'm not scoring goals it doesn't bring me down. As I said I'm the type of player who needs games in a row to feel comfortable. This season I have struggled a bit with scoring goals but I'm sure if I keep playing like this for the club I will score more goals."
