Lallana comes in for Sterling

Adam Lallana starts for England against Estonia with his Liverpool team-mate Raheem Sterling dropping to the bench in Tallinn.

Roy Hodgson said during his press conference on Saturday that he was "conscious of managing the situation" when it came to Sterling, regarding Brendan Rodgers' fears the 19-year-old could suffer burnout.

Fabian Delph also comes in for James Milner in midfield while Leighton Baines returns in place of Kieran Gibbs, following Thursday's 5-0 win against San Marino at Wembley.
