Hathaway bout to be shown live on the internet

Jon Hathaway's bid to return to winning ways at Ultimate Fight Night 24 on Saturday will be broadcast on Facebook.

Following his defeat to Mike Pyle at UFC 120 in October, the London-based welterweight fighter takes on Kris McCray on the undercard of Phil Davis' clash with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.

The UFC began showing undercard fights on the social networking sight at Fight for the Troops 2 in January, with White claiming the future of sports viewing is on the internet.

Although four fights will be shown on television, five of the remaining eight bouts will be show on the UFC facebook page from 12.30 AM (GMT) on Sunday morning.
