England have made one change to their side for the Six Nations decider against France with Geoff Parling replacing Dave Attwood in the second-rows.

Attwood drops out of the squad completely with Nick Easter taking Parling's spot on the bench. Parling was injured for England's first three matches in the Six Nations but made his impact in the second-half of their win over Scotland and has now replaced the Bath lock in the starting XV.

"Geoff did well off the bench against Scotland and now that he has got some games under his belt we feel it is the right time to start him and use his experience and quality in the starting line-up," Stuart Lancaster said. "The same goes for Nick Easter, who has really impressed in camp and his appearances off the bench in the second row. He is a quality ball carrier and great defender - something we feel we will need in the latter stages of the game."

That is England's only change as they look to win their first Six Nations title since 2011. They head into the final day with a points difference of four better than second-placed Ireland and 25 more than Wales who are in third. By the time they kick off their match against France at Twickenham, they will know the points differential required to win the title.

"Finishing off the tournament at home is going to be a great occasion," Lancaster said. "The support against Scotland last week was fantastic and this weekend we really need the crowd to get behind the team and drive them forward in what will be an exciting finale to this year's championship."
