Worcester Warriors 68 - 17 Petrarca Padova

Worcester recorded an emphatic 68-17 victory over Petraca Padova in their European Challenge Cup Pool 3 clash at Sixways Stadium.

The victory, recorded amid speculation head coach Clive Griffiths is set to quit the club for personal reasons next week, set up a home quarter-final draw against Brive.

The Premiership side scored ten tries with winger Rico Gear, centres Dale Rasmussen and Hal Luscombe, winger Charlie Fellows, fly-half Joe Carlisle, lock Will Bowley and No.8 Kai Horstmann and replacement lock Kitch Kitchener all touching down with two penalty tries rounding out the scoring. Carlisle also kicked eight conversions.

Padova fly-half Ludovic Mercier scored his side's first try in the opening period and they notched two late scores through Gonzalo PadrĂ² and Warren Spragg with Mercier converting the second score.
