The Ospreys have successfully appealed Marty Holah's two-week suspension, meaning the flanker will be available for Sunday's Heineken Cup clash with Munster.

Holah was hit with the ban on Tuesday after being found guilty of tripping an opponent and playing an opponent without the ball during last weekend's Magners League clash with Edinburgh.

The Ospreys appealed the sanction and, at a hearing on Friday, the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) Disciplinary Panel ruled in the region's favour, quashed the suspension. The WRU stated that "a full explanation of the judgement will be available in due course".

The decision is a massive boost for the Ospreys, who had included Holah in their starting line-up for Sunday's trip to Limerick.
