Leinster fullback Rob Kearney is a doubt for his side's opening European Champions Cup clash with Wasps on Sunday.

The Ireland international pulled up during Leinster's 19-15 win over Scarlets last Friday, having won a race for a grubber kick.

Luke Fitzgerald and Ben Te'o are expected to be fit for the game in Dublin, but the prognosis does not seem to be as hopeful for Kearney.

"Rob pulled up with tightness in his hamstring, he would be a concern and probably a major doubt with that hamstring strain," LeinsterĀ backs coach Girvan Dempsey is quoted as saying by The 42.

Fitzgerald and Te'o will both be monitored during training this week, while Sean Cronin could also return at hooker following a shoulder injury.
