Ulster coach Matt Williams has made three changes to the starting fifteen that recorded their first victory of the season against Edinburgh last Friday night for the visit of Stade Francais on Saturday in the Heineken Cup.

In the back row David Pollock drops out of the squad entirely with an injury, with former Irish international Kieron Dawson starting on the open-side flank. Matt McCullough is named as extra back row cover on the bench.

In the backs Paddy Wallace returns to the fold following a hamstring injury, while Paul Steinmetz is named on the bench. Isaac Boss starts at scrum half. Stade Francais arrive with their mercurial fly-half Juan-Martin Hernandez in tow, and field a strong side. Scrummaging powerhouse Rodrigo Roncero starts alongside Dimitri Szarzewski in the front-row, while Italian skipper and IRB Player of the Year nominee Sergio Parisse also starts at No.8.
