Toulouse's head coach Guy Noves takes part in a press conference at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, near Paris on June 27, 2008, on the eve of the French Top 14 rugby union final match Clermont vs. Toulouse. Clermont seeks a first win in their ninth such appearance, and a first in four such outings against this season's beaten European Cup finalists.

Toulouse will head in to their 100th Heineken Cup game against Bath on Sunday knowing that their hopes of survival in the competition are hanging by a thread after their shock 33-26 loss to Glasgow last weekend.

Attentions ahead of the game have been drawn to Bath prop Matt Stevens' positive drugs test, but Toulouse coach Guy Noves will need to keep his team focused on the task in hand if they are to stay in the hunt for their fourth Heineken Cup crown.

Noves' side were humbled by a fired up Glasgow side, and are aware of the opportunity that they presented Bath with by slipping up. The West Country side scraped past Newport Gwent Dragons to draw themselves one point clear at the top of the group, meaning that it's win or bust for Noves' men.

"We were looking for the bonus point - and we got one - but not the one we were looking for," said Noves. "We were still riding on the wave of our success in the domestic league and played as though it was a Top 14 game. But Europe is a step up and you have to play at a higher level to get the wins."

Noves was hugely critical of his side following their Glasgow defeat, saying that they "submitted" to the Scottish side. With a side not lacking in flair or experience, he will now be hoping that their motivation is restored for the trip to the Rec.

"We know that we are still in it but we have to win at Bath and, if we don't raise our game for Sunday, it's going to be all over for us," he said. "We submitted to Glasgow in every part of the game and that is just not acceptable. They played a very high tempo game and it stopped us playing our game in the first half.

"Last weekend was a catastrophe and lessons will be learned from what Glasgow did. It is not so much the loss which angers me so much as the manner."
