Munster have made no changes to the side that defeated Sale Sharks at Thomond Park last weekend for their vital trip to face Monatuban in the Heineken Cup on Saturday.

Tony McGahan's men can secure a home quarter-final with a win in France, and no side will fancy their chances at the newly re-opened Thomond Park following last week's demolition of Sale.

Ronan O'Gara continues to partner Tomas O'Leary at half-back after both men were named in Declan Kidney's Ireland squad earlier this week, while the hugely effective engine room of Paul O'Connell and Donncha O'Callaghan will also be back in action.

David Wallace, Denis Leamy and Alan Quinlan start in the back-row, while Paul Warwick, Doug Howlett and Ian Dowling will look to continue their fine form from last week in the back three.

"A home quarter would be fantastic," said McGahan. "That's an outcome at the end of the eighty minutes, but we have to navigate through that eighty minutes first. It's going to be extremely tough because Montauban are an extremely good side at home.

"Their results have been excellent so far this year: they had a good win against Sale there in the Heineken Cup. They'll be sticky and they certainly have our number after losing here. Maybe the result could have gone their way."

Montauban field Fijian try-scoring sensation Vilimoni Delasau on the wing and Scotland international Scott Murray packs down in the second-row alongside Matthias Rolland. There is no place in the side for Romanian scrum-half Petre Mitu, so impressive at Thomond park when Munster scraped a 19-17 win, with Julien Audy partnering Regis Lespinas at half-back.

Montauban: Julien Laharrague, Adrien Figueiredo, Jean Philippe Viard, Shannon Paku, Vilimoni Delasau, RĂ©gis Lespinas, Julien Audy, Bogdan Balan, Brice Mach, Nick Adams, Matthias Rolland, Scott Murray, Yannick Caballero, Ibrahim Diarra, Matthew Clarkin

Replacements: Goderzi Shvelidze, Silviu Florea, Rowan Frost, Karim Ghezal, Miguel Avramovic, Fabien Fortassin, Petre Mitu
