Adrian Sutil says he has more than one option for a race seat on 2012 and is looking to get a deal signed before the end of the year.

Sutil drove for Force India in 2011 and finished ninth in the drivers' standings, but it now looks likely that he will leave the team. Force India has not confirmed its drivers yet, but Paul di Resta and Nico Hulkenberg are expected to drive for the team, leaving Sutil to look elsewhere.

"Right now we do have more than one option and we are trying to put the best package together for next year," he told the official Formula One website. "Hopefully we will have a decision within the next two weeks."

There are still seats available at Williams and Renault for 2012 according to the FIA's official entry list and Sutil has been linked to both teams. Asked if he could slot in alongside Kimi Raikkonen at Renault, Sutil said: "I always said I'm happy to have the best team-mate I can get, as this is the only chance to show how good you are - and Kimi would be a great and very strong team-mate…"

Sutil scored 32 points in the second half of the season to help Force India get within four points of Renault in the constructors' standings by the end of the year. He said his strong results had strengthened his negotiating position.

"To be honest, I delivered great performances at my last 10 races, but obviously the last three are still more current to the onlooker," he said. "For sure, these results make things easier for me and my manager to sort out the future."
