Phil Hill, who took this photo and went on to win the 1961 Championship, recalled: "Darn it, I remember this scene like it was yesterday. It's Monaco 1958. I was itching for the Old Man, Enzo Ferrari, to give me a Grand Prix drive but he just regarded me as a sports car guy. I'd had a brief outing in Argentina, but here I was on the sidelines again. That's Mike Hawthorn leading into the Tabac, from Luigi Musso, then Harry Schell's green BRM, then `Taffy' von Trips and Peter Collins. Four cars... a proper factory Formula 1 team." Monaco Grand Prix, May 18, 1958
