Bolton boss Coyle pours cold water on Jeffren deal

Owen Coyle has distanced himself from rumours that Bolton are set to secure the signing of Barcelona winger Jeffren.
Jeffren, a Spain Under-21 international and a product of Barcelona's youth academy, had been linked with a £5 million transfer to Bolton but, according to manager Coyle, the move is no longer a reality.
"I don't wait and see with anyone," Coyle told the Bolton News. "Either you want to play for this football club, or you don't. I have not talked to Jeffren or his representatives, so the story makes it out that it's a bit further down the line than it is, but if it isn't going to happen, then we'll move on."
Whilst Jeffren could have been a promising signing for the Trotters, it could yet develop into a busy summer for Coyle as he aims to strengthen his side. Nigel Reo-Coker, Chris Eagles and Tyrone Mears are amongst those linked with a move to the club.
