AC Milan attacker Alexandre Pato has reaffirmed his commitment to the Italian club and maintained that he will stay at least until the end of his contract in 2014.

Pato, 21, is viewed as one of the best young players in the game and has been linked with a blockbuster move to Chelsea this summer.

On Wednesday, the Mirror claimed that Blues manager Andre Villas-Boas had demanded Roman Abramovich offer £20 million, along with either Nicolas Anelka or Salomon Kalou, to land the forward - his top transfer target.

But the Brazilian, who joined Milan from Internacional in the summer of 2007, has no intention of quitting Serie A yet.

"I have a contract with Milan until the summer of 2014 and I want to respect that. I want to stay at least until then. We'll have to wait and see what happens from there on," Pato told Il Corriere dello Sport.

Pato was a key figure in Milan's successful title campaign last season as he scored 14 times to become their joint-top scorer with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
