Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck has received his second call-up to the England squad for the Three Lions' international friendly against Netherlands on Wednesday.

Welbeck, 20, made his international debut in England's 1-1 draw with Ghana earlier this year but was not selected for June's clash with Switzerland because of his involvement in the European Under-21 Championships.

The United frontman impressed while on loan at Sunderland last season and is expected to be more involved in Sir Alex Ferguson's first team in the 2011-12 campaign.

Meanwhile, Fabio Capello has risked Arsene Wenger's wrath by including Jack Wilshere, who was ruled out of Arsenal's 2-1 friendly defeat at Benfica by an ankle injury

Andy Carroll also returns to Capello's squad after not featuring against the Swiss, while Scott Parker and Robert Green - both about to kick-off their seasons in the Championship with West Ham - are included.

Capello was forced into a last-minute reshuffle due to the hamstring injury that forced Glen Johnson to hobble out of Liverpool's 2-0 win over Valencia this afternoon after only seven minutes.
