This season ESPN Goals is completely free. It's the first place to see every goal from every Premier League game, all season long.

New Manchester City keeper Costel Pantilimon has had his work permit granted.

It means the 24-year-old Romania international has now become manager Roberto Mancini's fourth signing of the summer, joining as back-up to first choice keeper Joe Hart.

Pantilimon played twice against City for Timisoara last season in the Europa League and is likely to be in Mancini's squad for the Premier League opener against newly-promoted Swansea on Monday.
