This season ESPN Goals is completely free. It's the first place to see every goal from every Premier League game, all season long.

Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom says he is hopeful he can complete a move to Chelsea.

Inkoom, 22, only left Basel for Dnipro in January this year, but he is reported to be a target for the Blues as they look to inject some youth into the squad.

"To be honest, the day I heard Chelsea were interested in me, I was very happy," Inkoom told skysports.com. "Who would not like to be linked with such a big club, with world-class players? It is a dream club for any player, specifically for young African players like me. Hopefully it will happen."

Inkoom, a FIFA Under-20 World Cup winner in 2009, is capable of playing at right back or in central defence.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are close to completing a deal for Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku but there will be no official unveiling in the coming days.

A statement on the player's official website read: "Please note that no official presentation and no press conference will take place in Chelsea this week."
