Rooney doubtful for Milan clash

Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted Wayne Rooney is a doubt for Manchester United's Champions League clash with AC Milan on Wednesday.
Rooney missed Saturday's Premier League game with Wolves on account of a knee complaint and the problem is causing concern for the Old Trafford boss.
Ferguson was unhappy Rooney played much of the 90 minutes of England's friendly win over Egypt in midweek and revealed the striker returned to his club with a swollen knee.
"It wasn't looking good from when he got back on Thursday - his knee was swollen," said Ferguson before the clash at Molineux. "He's a doubt for Wednesday now, which is a bigger problem for us."
United are protecting a slender one-goal lead from the first leg in Milan.
