Redknapp ponders Hargreaves deal

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is considering bringing in midfielder Owen Hargreaves as a replacement for Wilson Palacios.
Hargreaves is available on a free transfer after being released by Manchester United at the end of last season having struggled with a series of injury problems, failing to play a single full game in his last two years at Old Trafford.
Hargreaves, who last played for England in 2008, had been linked with a move to West Brom, but now Redknapp looks likely to offer him a short-term deal.
With Luka Modric's future still uncertain, injury concerns to Jermaine Jenas and Tom Huddlestone and Palacios on his way to Stoke, Redknapp is reportedly willing to take a risk with the injury-prone midfielder.
Meanwhile, Stoke midfielder Glenn Whelan has welcomed the imminent arrival of Palacios at Britannia Stadium.
"I think he went to Spurs for £12m only a couple of years ago, and at the time I think Manchester United were interested as well," he said. "He's going to be terrific for us, obviously hopefully he'll come in and I'll be playing alongside him and he's not taking my spot but that will only push me on to work even harder to stay in the team.
"And if the manager decides to go with him then I'm going to have to work hard to try and shift him."
