Tevez and Mancini hold late-night talks

Roberto Mancini met Carlos Tevez in the early hours of Thursday morning in a bid to integrate the player back into his Manchester City squad.
Tevez arrived back in England on Wednesday evening, with the club confirming they would be instigating disciplinary proceedings after deeming the forward had a case to answer for failing to enter the field during City's loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
At the time, Mancini claimed Tevez was finished at the club while he was in charge and the City top brass have seemingly backed their manager by confirming disciplinary action would be taken.
But in a startling twist, Mancini called Tevez and asked him to come to his house in Cheshire for crisis talks. The Argentina international, who travelled up to the North West from London on Wednesday evening, arrived at 1am for talks.
It is being reported that Mancini demanded Tevez apologise to both himself and chairman Khaldoun Al Mubarak. In return he would be allowed to train with the first team, although the disciplinary hearing would still go ahead.
Tevez is said to have refused, claiming it should be Mancini who apologises, and he left without a resolution being found and was seen training alone on Thursday.
