Roman Pavlyuchenko has hinted at a possible exit from Tottenham, suggesting he should be playing more regularly ahead of the Euro 2012 championships.

Pavlyuchenko has missed six of Spurs' eight Premier League matches this season, but did get on the scoresheet in the victory over Rubin Kazan in last week's Europa League encounter.

The Russia international is evidently keen to secure his national team spot prior to next summer's tournament in Poland and Ukraine, suggesting a departure from White Hart Lane could be imminent.

"I want changes," he told sovsport.ru. "My new situation is not simple at the moment. We're getting very close to the European Championship. I have to make a decision."
