Carlo Ancelotti has advised AC Milan to raid his former club Chelsea for Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

Milan are looking for a new striker after Antonio Cassano was ruled out for the season following heart surgery.

Ancelotti had a stellar time at Milan, winning the Champions League and Serie A, and has called on them to test Chelsea's resolve to keep two players who are out of contract next summer.

"Certainly they are great players, in good physical condition," Ancelotti said. "They are players of great quality and attitude.

"I see both fitting in very well at Milan but that does not mean one of the two are going to go."
