Dalglish quiet on Gerrard return date

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has once again insisted he is happy with Steven Gerrard's progress, but is refusing to set a date for his captain's return from injury.
Gerrard returned to action earlier this season following a long-term injury and looked on course to shine when netting in the draw with Manchester United, but he has not featured since the draw with Norwich on October 22 after picking up an ankle infection.
The England midfielder has been pictured with a protective cast on his leg, but Dalglish claims Gerrard is making good progress. He will not be available to face Manchester City on Sunday and no date has been set for his return.
"Like we've already said, we are delighted with the progress he's making and we've said that we won't put a date on his return - and we won't put a date on it now," Dalglish said. "We are very happy with his progress.
"Everyone is available (for Sunday) apart from Steven and Jack Robinson."
