Redknapp sees right blend for title challenge

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp believes there is no reason why his side cannot go on to win the Premier League this season, if they keep their current run of form going.
Tottenham currently sit seven points behind league leaders Manchester City in the table with a game in hand, after embarking on an impressive run of results following two defeats (to City and cross-town rivals Manchester United) to start their campaign.
Redknapp has previously refused to rule his side out of the title hunt and, while he admits it is a tough ask, believes the current squad at White Hart Lane has the right blend of attributes and qualities to challenge their rivals and potentially win a first title since 1961.
"There are probably seven teams in that group [of challengers] - I don't want to exclude Newcastle, because they've done fantastically well," Redknapp said. "It's very tight, we look a good team - we've got pace, we're athletic, we're young and we've got a bit of experience in the right areas as well. We certainly look a very decent team.
"I said all along it's not impossible. I'm not saying we'll win the championship - it's a very tall order and we'd be one of the outsiders of the six to do it - but it's not impossible.
"Anyone who can keep that run going, and have that belief, could do it this season. I think we're all very much on a par and there's not a lot between us."
