Manchester United's reward for beating Manchester City will be an FA Cup fourth round tie away at Liverpool.
After knocking out holders City on Sunday, Sir Alex Ferguson's side were drawn against another of their fiercest rivals, with the Red Devils heading back to Anfield for the first time since the controversial Luis Suarez and Patrice Evra affair.
The two sides drew 1-1 that day, but a disagreement between Suarez and Evra led to the latter issuing a complaint against the Liverpool man, who is currently serving an eight-match ban as a result. Suarez will remain sidelined when United return to Merseyside at the end of January.
Elsewhere in the draw, Arsenal's potential reward for getting past Leeds on Monday is a home tie with Aston Villa, Chelsea could face QPR - where they had two men sent off earlier in the season - if Rangers win their replay with MK Dons, and Tottenham will travel to Watford.
A potential QPR v Chelsea encounter throws up the prospect of Blues captain John Terry making a first return to Loftus Road since he was accused of racially abusing Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand, a matter which has become the subject of a criminal case and an accusation which he strenuously denies.
As well as Liverpool versus Manchester United, there are two other definite all-Premier League ties with West Brom hosting Norwich and Everton welcoming Fulham to Goodison Park.
The ties will be played on January 28, 29 and 30.
