Chelsea defender Alex signs for PSG

Chelsea defender Alex has joined French club Paris St Germain and will be unveiled on Friday, according to coach Carlo Ancelotti.
The French Ligue 1 leaders have been tracking the 29-year-old Brazilian since he was placed in the transfer window last month and have snapped him up for around £4 million.
"He will be a PSG player. It was a good opportunity given his price and his desire to join PSG," Ancelotti told a news conference.
Alex joined Chelsea from Santos in 2004, having gained experience of the European game after a loan spell with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven from 2004 to 2007.
