Chelsea have pinpointed Eden Hazard as their top summer target, with their French spy having watched the winger "more than 20 times" for the Blues.

The highly-rated Lille flyer has issued a come-and-get-me plea to Premier League suitors after setting his heart on a move to England. The 21-year-old, who is under contract until 2015, has denied reports of a possible transfer to Ligue 1 rivals Paris Saint-Germain, leaving the path clear for a big-money move at the end of the season.

Several of Europe's biggest clubs, including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Liverpool have been linked with the Belgium international, although it is Chelsea who are believed to be in pole position to win his signature.

And the Blues have stepped up their bid to land the highly-regarded player, with club scout Guy Hillion keeping tabs on his progress over in France. He told the Sun: "I must have watched Hazard more than 20 times for Chelsea. I've written a 100 per cent positive report every time.

"If Eden joins a big European club he will get even stronger."
