Glen Johnson pulls out of England squad

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has become the fifth player to withdraw from the England squad for the match against Netherlands on Wednesday.
Johnson took part in a training session on Tuesday but it was later revealed he would be playing no part against the World Cup runners-up.
Interim England boss Stuart Pearce has reacted quickly, drafting Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott into the squad for the Wembley fixture.
The Football Association has not specified precisely what the injury is, although it is only believed Johnson has returned to Liverpool as a precaution.
Micah Richards, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling are all capable of performing in Johnson's preferred right-back berth.
Wayne Rooney, Darren Bent, Kyle Walker and Tom Cleverley have also pulled out of the England party - although in those instances, Pearce opted not to call-up a replacement.
