David Pizarro's agent believes a permanent deal for the midfielder to remain at Manchester City could be easily reached.

The Chilean is currently on loan at Eastlands from Roma having joined on transfer deadline day at the end of January, and is already enjoying life at the Premier League outfit greatly after settling immediately.

"It's hugely satisfying, responding to all the negative things which were said about his physical condition," Pizarro's agent Giuseppe Bozzo told tuttomercatoweb.

"He is making a great contribution at City in an attempt to satisfy [Roberto] Mancini, who has backed him strongly.

"City don't have a right to buy him, but if we sat down I think we could find a solution quite easily."

Pizarro was the subject of interest from other Serie A clubs last summer and in January, but opted to join Mancini at City having previously been managed by the Italian at Inter.

"I can confirm Palermo's interest last summer, but Pizarro would only leave Roma for a club at a similar or higher level than Roma," commented Bozzo.

"Juventus wanted him (in January) but the rumours and the doubts about him meant he went to England where he has space and trust."
