Redknapp fears long-term Dawson injury

Tottenham have been dealt a huge blow with Michael Dawson seemingly set for a long spell on the sidelines after being stretchered off against Stevenage.
Dawson was handed the captain's armband for the game but he lasted less than 10 minutes of the FA Cup replay.
He went up for a header but landed awkwardly and his ankle appeared to buckle.
The England defender was treated for some time on the field, in real pain, before being taken down the tunnel on a stretcher.
Dawson was rushed to hospital with the early indications being that he has suffered ruptured ankle ligaments, which would be a long-term injury.
"Michael Dawson looks like he has a real bad injury, which is a massive blow for Michael and everyone," Redknapp told ESPN. "We don't know what exactly it is yet, but it is a nasty injury. It is long term for sure."
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp also has an eye trained on the Premier League and he was dealt another blow when Aaron Lennon limped off injured mid-way through the first half.
On Lennon's injury, Redknapp said: "He got a tweak in his hamstring. Every time Aaron plays he seems to do his hamstring. We've got to look at ways of strengthening them."
