The agent of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba says the player has a simple choice to make - he can stay at the Premier League club, or move to Juventus in the summer.

The future of Pogba has been up for discussion for a number of months, with the player believed to be frustrated by his lack of regular first-team opportunities and the club irritated by the Frenchman's unwillingness to commit his future to the club.

As a result of the uncertainty, a number of clubs including Juventus were linked with a swoop for his signature.

Reports last month indicated that the 19-year-old had finally brought an end to the saga by committing his future to United, but his agent Mino Raiola has now contradicted that - suggesting the player could still move to Serie A in the summer if that is the decision he comes to.

"He can remain at Manchester United or go to Juventus," Raiola told Sky Sports Italia. "It's a tough decision to be taken by the boy, thinking of his career. Both possibilities present some chances.

"It's a choice that should be made quietly. United count on him and want to extend his contract. His future will depend very much on the will of the boy."

Pogba has made seven substitute appearances for United this season. He moved to Old Trafford from French club Le Havre in contentious circumstances in 2009.
