Walker agrees Spurs contract extension

Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker has agreed a new contract with the club that will keep him at White Hart Lane until 2017.
Walker has enjoyed a breakthrough season at the club, appearing in 47 of Spurs' 51 games to date as he has also gone on to receive his first two full England caps.
The right-back's all-action displays also saw him named the PFA young player of the year by his peers.
"The club is delighted to announce that Kyle Walker has signed a new contract which runs until 2017," Spurs confirmed on their official website.
Walker, who began his career at Sheffield United, enjoyed productive loan spells at QPR and Aston Villa last season - before returning to north London to cement his place as a valuable first-team performer for Harry Redknapp.
He has scored twice in the Premier League to date, most recently with a long-range free-kick in the victory over Blackburn last month.
