Ruddy ruled out of Euro 2012

John Ruddy has been ruled out of England's Euro 2012 campaign with a broken finger.
Ruddy, 25, had been named in Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad alongside goalkeepers Joe Hart and Rob Green.
The Norwich City shot-stopper has not previously represented his country and expressed his delight at the surprise call-up last week.
However, injury has forced Ruddy to withdraw from the squad, meaning teenager Jack Butland will take his place in the side.
Butland, 19, is contracted to Birmingham City, although his only league appearances have come while on loan at Cheltenham Town
