Following Brazil's 3-1 victory over Denmark in Hamburg on Saturday, Hulk has confirmed that he hopes to take part in this summer's London 2012 Games.

Hulk, 25, notched his first two international goals during the encounter, leading the way for an inexperienced Brazil side already preparing for the London Games later this summer.

The Porto forward, who was made to wait some time for his Brazil debut, has made himself a fixture for the Selecao and now hopes to take his place at the Olympics.

"Mano is calmly watching, giving a chance to the players, those who are here and those who did not make this squad," Hulk told reporters after the game.

"We have to make the most of our chances when they come along and of course I will be hurt if I'm not called up. Because of the goals I rate that performance as my best so far for the national team."

Hulk is set for a busy summer having been heavily linked with a summer transfer to Champions League winners Chelsea in recent weeks.
