Manchester City and Juventus target Gaston Ramirez will cost over £20 million if he leaves Bologna this summer, according to the player's agent.

Ramirez, 21, is viewed as one of Serie A's best players and scored eight goals in 33 league appearances this season to help the Rossoblu finish ninth.

The Uruguay international joined Bologna from Penarol in 2010 and has been strongly linked with a move away, with many clubs showing an interest.

"Gaston is a very young player and he has done well in Italy,'' Ramirez's agent Pablo Betancourt said. "It is normal that many clubs now want him. We must meet with Bologna to understand his situation - there are offers for him and we must see what Bologna want to do.

"Bologna want €25 million euros (£20.2m) for Ramirez but an agreement can be found,'' Betancourt told fcinternews. "It is obvious that Bologna would do well from his sale. They would receive 70% whilst 30% would go to [Ramirez's former club] Penarol, as previously agreed.

"German club Wolfsburg have offered €15-18m for Ramirez whilst Zenit St Petersburg have expressed an interest. With Liverpool, however, the situation is at a standstill because the Reds are just choosing their coach.''

Ramirez is under contract with Bologna until June 2016, and has already attracted the likes of Manchester City and Juventus.

"I can confirmed that Juventus and Manchester City have contacted me to show an interest," Betancourt added to calciomercato.com. "But there is especially an interesting offer from Wolfsburg and also another one from an important Spanish club.

"I think considering all the offers, the possibility that he could leave [this summer] could happen. I would like to point out that there are several agents working on the player but from June 1, I will have his exclusive rights."
