The UFC has found a new opponent for Siyar Bahadurzada, with Chris Clements stepping in for the injured Thiago Alves.

Alves was sidelined by injury for the UFC 149 bout, which is scheduled for July 21. The Brazilian was expected to have surgery on Tuesday.

Clements, a striker by trade, has stepped in as he tries to improve an 11-4 record. He rides a five-fight win streak into the encounter, against a man who knocked out Paulo Thiago last time out.

Meanwhile, Dennis Siver is set to face Eddie Yagin in a featherweight battle at UFC 151. Siver is looking to build towards a title shot at 145lbs, having defeated Diego Nunes on featherweight debut.

Yagin recently won a war with Mark Hominick, and the fight with Siver will take place at UFC 151, headlined by Jon Jones v Dan Henderson.
