Anderlecht chairman Roger Vanden has raged at Chelsea for poaching starlet Charly Musonda, 15, from their academy.

Chelsea were able to get their hands on Musonda, the Belgium youth international who has been compared to Eden Hazard, before he could sign a professional contract with the Belgian champions.

"I'm very disappointed," Vanden said. "We agreed with Charly's father he would stay with us a few more years.

"Chelsea know Belgian clubs can't give players contracts until they are 16. We're going to try to get some serious compensation from them."

Anderlecht's general manager, Herman Van Holsbeeck, said earlier this month that Chelsea had agreed to pay "substantial financial compensation".

Musonda's two brothers, Lamisha and Tika, are also destined for Stamford Bridge. Charly was reportedly also a target for Arsenal and Manchester City, so his signature represents something of a coup for the Blues.
