De Rossi tempted by Premier League switch
Daniele De Rossi has suggested he is tempted by a move to the Premier League after admitting that English football was "more interesting" than Serie A.
Speaking ahead of Italy's Euro 2012 quarter-final clash with England in Kiev, the Roma midfielder revealed he had received multiple offers from Premier League clubs.
De Rossi only signed a new five-year deal with Roma in February, but with the 28-year-old being linked with both Manchester City and Manchester United, he has reignited speculation surrounding his future.
"I have received many offers from English football," De Rossi said. "And I must say that I feel attraction for it.
"I like English football very much. I think now it's probably more interesting than Italian football. There are lots of outstanding and talented players, as is the case for Spain as well."
