Oscar has arrived in England but Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo would not be drawn on the prospect of the forward moving to Stamford Bridge.

The 20-year-old arrived at Heathrow Airport as part of the Brazil squad for the Olympics, but his club future is the hot topic of debate. Reports in his native land have claimed a £25 million fee has been agreed between Chelsea and Internacional.

Oscar gave an "I'm staying" response to journalists' questions about his future, but it is being claimed a deal will be tied up following London 2012.

Di Matteo's focus is on pre-season with Chelsea and after admitting he is happy with his options, which include new signings Eden Hazard and Marko Marin, he was asked about Oscar.

"I can tell you that he's not a Chelsea player so it's difficult for me to talk about a player that doesn't belong to us," the Italian told the club's official website.

"I know there has been speculation we are interested in this player and in due course if there is anything to announce we will do.

"All I would say is that he is a very young talented midfield player."
