Liverpool could face Dundee Utd in Europe

The draw for the third qualifying round of the Europa League takes place at 11.00am on Friday, with Liverpool, Athletic Bilbao, Inter Milan and Marseille entering the competition.
Teams are placed into small groups of seeded and unseeded teams at this stage, meaning there are six possible opponents for the games which take place on August 2 and 9.
Liverpool, who play Spurs in the United States just five days before the first legs are due to take place, could face a long-distance trip to Ukraine to face Arsenal Kiev, Renova of Macedonia, Gomel of Belarus or Israel to take on Maccabi Netanya. They would prefer to face Scottish Premier League side Dundee United from their grouping.

The second qualifying first legs games are on Thursday night, with the second legs next week which means many of the ties in Friday's draw with be either or games.
