QPR coy on Bosingwa reports

QPR chairman Tony Fernandes has refused to confirm whether the club will be signing Jose Bosingwa from Chelsea after reports suggested he was on the verge of a switch to Loftus Road.
Bosingwa, 29, was released by the Blues at the end of June after four years at Stamford Bridge. The former Portugal international joined from Porto in a £16 million deal in 2008.
Reports suggested that Rangers were keen on adding the attacking full-back to their ranks after what has already been a busy summer in the transfer market, but Fernandes said nothing had yet been decided.
"He is one of many we have talked about," the chairman said. "I'm not exactly sure where we are on that, so let's see. We are still looking. We are still hoping to strengthen one or two areas."
Bosingwa won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and Community Shield during his time at Stamford Bridge, and had also been part of Porto's victorious 2004 Champions League squad.
